1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Jukes (the "Service"), operated by Jukes Limited ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
3. User content
You retain ownership of the reviews, lists, ratings, and other content you post. By posting, you grant Jukes a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of the Service.
4. Acceptable use
Don't post unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringing content. Don't scrape, attack, or abuse the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Music data
Music metadata, cover art, and previews are provided by Spotify and remain the property of their respective rights holders. Jukes is not affiliated with or endorsed by Spotify.
6. Jukes Pro & payments
Jukes Pro is billed annually at $15/yr (plus applicable taxes). Payments are processed by Stripe, our merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the Service.
8. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jukes Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
