Quick answers to the questions we hear most. Can't find what you need? Contact us.

How do I rate a song or album?+

Open any song or album page and tap the stars. Ratings are out of 5 in half-star increments and feed your personal stats.

What's the difference between a journal entry and a review?+

A journal entry logs that you listened to something on a specific day. A review adds your written thoughts and rating, visible on your profile and in friends' feeds.

How do lists work?+

Lists are ordered or unordered collections of songs or albums. You can keep them private, share them publicly, or — with Pro — duplicate any list you find.

What do I get with Jukes Pro?+

No third-party ads, personalized annual and all-time stats, stats for any list, friends' average ratings, listening tracking, activity filters, pinned content, list duplication, tag management, custom app icons, and more.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?+

From your account settings, open the billing portal. You can cancel anytime — your Pro features stay active through the end of the billing period.

Where does Jukes get its music data?+

Song and album metadata, cover art, and previews come from Spotify. You don't need a Spotify account to use Jukes.

Can I delete my account?+

Yes. Email support@jukes.net from your account address and we'll permanently delete your account and all associated data.
